I think the grave marker in the back could
fade out more towards the bottom cos of the fog
on the ground...but the colors u chose are great for
the mood!!! Nice stock choice as well, Dani is such the perfect model

I think the main problem here is the lighning. See, if you look closeley you'll see that the gravestone has a lot of sunlight reflecting from it. The trees however stay in darkness.

The same counts for the model. Where did that bright light come from? I'm not saying you should make her all dark, that wouldn't look right either. Also I don't think the purple dress goes well. Personally I would try something more greenish, I think that'd match the kind of red atmosphere much better, but that's just personal taste.

I personally dislike ig fonts. And I don't like the style of font used here, it catches the eye too much, and I think you wanted the model to be the eyecatcher.

Also, if you look at her dress again, it's very very bright underneath.

The spider web is also much too bright, seeing where the light comes from it should be much darker.

I think the main problem here is that the different stockphotos used are taken with totally different lightning, making it obviously a photomanipulation.

My main advice is to look at real life more, see where the lighning goes there and try to put that into your art more.


Now don't get me wrong, I like this piece very much. I'm just giving the advice you wanted.
